Shipping policy

UA delivers all student and departmental mail through Campus Mail Services, where students must use their assigned 6-digit MSC code and the official campus mailing address for all incoming packages; accepted carriers include USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. On-campus students receive packages in secure parcel lockers or at the Mail Center, while off-campus students may pick up packages for a small per-package fee. Packages must be collected within the allowed time or they may be returned to sender, and restricted items (such as hazardous, illegal, or oversized goods) are not accepted. Outgoing mail and shipments are handled through the Campus Mail Service Center using approved carriers and proper labeling.
