  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day
  • You will receive an order confirmation once your purchase is successfully placed

2. Delivery Time

Delivery times may vary depending on your location:

  • Major Cities: 2–4 working days
  • Other Areas: 3–7 working days

Please note that delivery times are estimated and may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout
  • In some cases, we may offer free shipping on selected orders or promotions

4. Shipping Areas

We currently deliver across all major cities and regions in Pakistan through trusted courier services.

If your location is remote, delivery may take slightly longer than usual.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you may receive a tracking number via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.

You can use this tracking number to check your delivery status with the courier service.

6. Delayed or Failed Deliveries

In case of delivery failure due to incorrect details, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges.

  • If your parcel is lost in transit, we will coordinate with the courier service to resolve the issue

Customers are responsible for providing correct and complete shipping details.

Pieciety will not be responsible for delays or failed delivery due to incorrect address or contact information.
